The assassin killed another soldier with a revolver shot before ho was himself shot. The soldiers then attacked the bystanders, wounding eleven and killing three. The Terrorists had been hunting Constantinoll ever since May, 1905, the time when he ordered the soldiers to fire on a Socialist procession, killing thirty of the number. St. Petersburg workmen stopped and maltreated Father John of Kronstadt.
