Addington Stock Sales.

There were fair entries in all departments at Addington yards to-day. Some 200 fat lambs were put in the pens, ancl as a consequence there was a drop in prices of 3s on best and Is Gd on light lambs. Best lots fetched 18s to 21s ; one or two special lines up to 21s ; light to fair quality, lis to 17s 6d.
Prices for store sheep fell below recent rates. Wethers (prime), 25s to 27s 9d; lighter, 22s to 24s Gd ; graziers' lots, 20s to 21s 6d ; shorn, 16s to 19s 6d ; ewes, extra, to 275; good, 19s to 21s 8d; merino wethers, prime, 19s to 22s 6d; extra, to 25s 7d; lighter, from 14s.
For fat sheep about last week's figures were realised. For fat cattle, prices fell generally from 10s to 20s a head compared with last week, owing to the large entry. Prime beef made 23s to 24s Gd, lower qualities from 20s to 22s 6d per 1001b. A North Island consignment of Polled-Angus bullocks fetched £9 17s 6d to £1110s.
