The Summer Council of the New Zealand Farmers' Union will open at the Canterbury Hall, Christchurch, on November Bth. Delegates will be present from all districts, and it has been decided to arrange an interview with the implement makers and discuss matters at length. Probably, special evening sessions will bo held on one or two nights, so that the matter may receive tho fullest attention.
