Duckett's Workmen y. McKiilop.

Appeal Allowed.

The Chief Justice, this morning, delivered judgment on the appeal of Duckett's workmen against the decision of Mr W. P. James, S.M., Masterton, in respect of a bushfelling contract ori'McKillop's land. The Court upheld the appeal.in favour of the workmen. Mr P. L. Hollings appeared for the appellant workmen, and Mr E. P. Bunny for respondent, McKiilop.
