(Received To-day, at 8.33 a.m.)
Paris, Last Night,
The Eclair publishes an extraordinary story regarding the evidence to be submitted to the International Ooininission.
It is stated that Bussian witnesses intend to testify that emissaries of the Japanese Government engaged dozens of Danish pilots to wreck the Baltic Fleet; that Admiral Bozjestevensky allowed them on board, but sent them below, and then selected others.
It also states that evidence will be given to the effect that the Japanese chartered a number of small vessels, and transformed them into torpedo boats, which mingled with the Hull fishing fleet.
