Wairarapa Racing Club.

Greytown. Last Night

The Wairarapa Racing Club hold its annual meeting to-day. The report shows a credit balanca of £2-13. A contract has been let for the custodian's house. Tho club intends building a cottage and stable for visiting trainers and horses. It is feared that a permit will not be available for the steeplechase meeting. The balance-sheet and report were adopted alter some discussion as to the right of stewards erecting buildings. Ten new members were elected.
