LAND AND BUSINESS GUIDE.
The Land and Business Guide issued monthly by Mr W. B. Chennells, is distributed to-day, with the Waiuauapa Daily Timk*. It contains particulars of some really choice pastoral and agricultural properties in tho Wairarapa wbjeh have just been put in Mr Chennells' hands for sale. There is a keen demand for good fattening properties ; in this district now, and good prices are being realised. Particulars are also given of dairying farms in all parts of tho Island, some exceptional bargains bcinc; offered. The attention of sawmillers and speculators is drawn to the large areas of bush land in the Tauranga district, details of which are given in the Guide, whilst those in search of a hotel or business will find a list of them on pages 4 and 7.
