London, Last Night,
It is reported at Chefoo that the Japanese have captured two torpedo boats off the Chinese coast.
Admiral Togo reports that he believes thafc the battleship, Tsareviteh, 13,000 tons, 16 guns, and 16,000 horse power, has been sunk.
Beuter states that a destroyer and four Eussian battleships are off the Saddle Group of Islands and Shanghai.
The Japanese Legation in London states that five battloships, one cruiser and a hospital ship appeared to regain Port Arthur on Thursday. The Japanese fleet ia believed not to bo damaged.

London, La3t Night. Two vessels of the Volunteer Fleet have passed through the Dardanelles.
Official advices from Tokio show that the expenses of the war to the end of July amounted to twenty million sterling, of which amount seventy per cent remains in Japan.
