~» The following is the Directors' Report to besubmitted to the next annual meeting: —Herewith we submit annual balance sheet, and Auditor's report for the year ended 31st July, 1903. The total output of cheese was 127 tons, an increase of 18 tons on last year. This was made from 2,863,4451bs of milk and it took 10*41b of milk to make one pound of cheese. The sujn of JG4O has been written off property, for depreciation and, as tho balance-sheet shows, the whole of the plant, buildings, and freehold land are now entirely clear of debt and belong solely tg the shareholders. A dividend at the rate of six per cent ; on the paid up capital, amounting to -635-118 7d, is provided for. We have decided to abandon making cheese by contract, and we are glad to say wo'ijre a'blo to'retain tbp services of our cheese-maker, Mr T. "P. Saj-elty, who takes up bia old position as factory manager.
