Breathing- Exercises.
Breathing exercises will soon fill out ugly hollows in the neck. A simplo and yery beneficial one is to stand before a mirror, drop tho hands naturally to the sides without attempting to square tho shoulders, closo tho mouth and tako a long, deep breath through the nose, hold it in the lungs for a few seconds, then slowly expel. Do this until tired. By practising every day you will soon bo able to hold the breath for a minute or a minute and a-half. By reducing the respirations to 10 a niinuto thrco times a day, you will soon havo a fullydovelopcd chest and perfect breathing powe^.
