It is officially announced at Berlin that the Kaiser's letter to Admiral Hollinan, explaining his attitude towards higher criticism, was written entirely from the Kaiser's own mind. The Kaiser has presented copies of his Bible criticisms to all the Chaplains in the
German fleet,
