THE STUD.

CHICAGO.

This splandid specimen of the trotting stallion is announced to be at the service ot breeders in Masterton again this season. Mr IS. J. Dagg, his owner, has every reason to be satisfied with his appearance this year. The best judges can find no fault with Chicago. When he comes before them he is invariably placed in the front rank, and in the Wairarapa show ring alone, he has been awarded five first prlzss. A horse of such splendid appearance and excellent breeding should be in great demand with those who wish to improve the paces and action of their stock.
