MASTERTON HOSPITAL.
I Some interesting remarks on tho Wellington Hospital and other similar institutions in tlio Wellington Provincial District, are made by Mrs Grace Neill, asssistcnt Inspector, in her annual report. Tho following brief but significant words suffice for tho Masterton Hospital . —"Jbc evils of this hospital become accentuated year by year. Tho wards aro small and sunless, the drainago dofec-1 tivo,and tho site damp."
