The French Government has refused to recoguiso tho treaties entered into between tho Royal Niger Company and the Territorial chiefs of West Africa, until their terms are formally communicated by the Company to tho Government. The newspapers are greatly excited in their references to the claims of France and Great Britain, It is insisted by, the French Colonial Company that M, Hnnotaux, tho Foreign Minister, should uphold the fight of' France', especially in respect to the Kingdoms of Nicki and Boussa,
