A -meeting of the Wairarapa Cricket Association was held last evening fit Carterton. Delegates from the various clubs being present. It was decided that ut team should visit Mauawatu and Wanganni during the Christmas and New Year holidays. Leaving here on Thursday, December 30tli, playing I'almerston on the two following days and then playing Waiignnui on 3rd and 4th January. The Association has decided to give a bat to die player both in the Senior and Junior Championship who has the best batting average in championship matches, a player must bat in not less than fiye mutches before average can be counted.

The Association has also presented a pair of pads or gloves for the best bowling average in Senior and Junior Championship matches, the minimum of wickets to be fifteen.

A match North v. South was arranged to take place at an early date.
