Miners will only be engaged individually, preference being given to former employes, bnt it is stipulated, that work must be resumed by tbo 20th inst.

i The Delegate Board after considering the notice, decided that the terms in regard to individual employment were indefinite and recommended that each lodge should appoint a deputation to wait on the' managers and obtain a clearer definition.
