It is currently reported that the representatives of Germany, Russia, and Austria are not in accord on the Roumelian question, and there is likely to be some delay in the proposed conference in consequence.
The attitude taken up by the Russian Press in requiring the deposition of Prince Alexander has excited the greatest indignation amongst the Bulgarians, and the idea of his dethronement is scouted.
