To tk Editor of tk Waibabapi Daily. Greytown, 22nd. Sir,—Does Greytown possess a Mayor? I notice that at every meeting of the Borough Council Councillor Udy lias to preside. Not so with other Town Councilsj: with very few exceptions the Mayor occupies the chairat all meeting.—l am, &c, BUEGESsT
