RUGBY, February 25

The Expert Committee on reparations in Paris to-day received the report of a sub-committee on the procedure to be applied regarding that section of the German annuities which is transferable in currency. It has been decided that a second sub-com-mittee shall be formed to examine and report on the system of payments in kind from Germany, in order to determine whether these should be completely or gradually superseded or whether other methods compensating for them should be found. —British Official Wireless.
