Ajt a crowded meeting at St, Joseph's Halt last night it Avas resolved "That this meeting of Catholics of Sb.-Joseph’s Cathedral parish, on patriotic and religious grounds, enter their most emphatic pretest against any of their priests, religious teachers, and theological students being called upon to render military service during the present lamentable Avar,” It was resolved to call upon the Government to so amend the Military Service Act as to secure the exemptions asked for.
