WINTER SHOW SOCIETY.
MEETING- OF COMMITTEE. A meeting of the Winter Show Committee was held on Friday evening. There were present):—Messrs S, J. Adams (President), Iteynolels, W. G. Russell, Nicol, Betten, McDonald. Alll'rey, Carbis, Paul, Coventry Wilson, Atwill, Veitch, Seagal- and T.. S. Russell (Secretary;). Mr F. Nash was appointed to iuelge the Utility Classes in Poultry. The tender of Messrs Wilson and Logan for printing schedules was accepted. Special prizes as allotted by the sub-committee were agreed to. It was stated that no official notification had been received from the A. and P. Association re medals, but that, it was understood they wero to be granted as usual. The credit balance at the bank was reported to be £l9. Mr C. Coventry was appointed judge's steward in the poultry section, Messrs Clelland and Reynolds in the farm garden section, and Mr M. McDonald in the cookery section.It was decided that advertisements be taken in the .schedule "ami -a sub-co.mmfittee was appointed to canvass for same. Next meeting was fixed for Friday, May Ist, at .7.30 p.m.
