o—*~ WEEKLY AUCTION REPORT. Messrs S. K. Martin & Co. report on their weekly auction sale as follows: We had a fair entry In live stock one cow, two horses, 70 pigs coming forward. The attendance was tair and there was keen competition for gosd weaners, prices being on a par with those ruling at last week’s sale. Horses; Two entries, one sold at £ls. Cows: One entry, £5. Pigs: 70 penned; good weaners 11s to 15s; rough stores 7s to 8s; small stores 17s to 20s; good stores 25s to 30s. Poultry: A very short entry; roosters Is 4d to Is 7d; hens la 2d; ducks Is 3d to Is 6d. Produce: Best chick wheat 10s to 11s; medium 8s to 9s; table potatoes 5s to 6s, seed 2s to 2s 6d; onions Id per lb; bacon 7d; hams 8d; apples 3Jd. We also had a very large entry of furniture and sundries which realised satisfactory prices.
