HARTLEY AND RILEY.
The Hartley and Biley was not dredging last week: She ivas being shifted down stream to a little belotv where she got her big returns last year, -the river just being in tho condition to work, that pirt of the claim. Advantage was taken of the stoppage to overhaul the engine. Should the river keep decently low some good returns should be forthcoming, and then, no doubt, there willbe au improvement in the market.
