PAPUAN NATIVES REVOLT. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT], MELBOURNE, Nov. 20. The Administrator of Papua reports a serious conflict between a patrol party and natives, resulting in Keren party were on route to investigate imir natives being killed while tTi'e patrol tiers in the C'okila district. .Mr. Chinnery, the Assistant Resident Magistrate, and a force of native police collided with a hnsiilc tribe in the Riga district. The natives opposed Chinnery's entrance, stockaded the village, and threw spears. The police fired two volleys and drove out the native:;.
Mr. Chinnery has been informed that six out of the seven killed participated. in the Coklla massacres.
