There are no particulars regarding the, donor but he i s believed to be identical with a gentleman who left Sale 45 years ago. His whereabouts since are unknown. THE TOTALLSATOH. (lie,reived, Nov. 20 at 8,50 p.m.) SYDNEY, Nov. 20. The Cabinet discussed the tutalisator prior to the caucus consideration of the question on Tuesday. There is some, diversity of opinion as to whether the totalisator should hs given a monopoly sir be- conducted alongside the Ixmkies. It is anticipated that the caucus will approve of, the introduction of a private Bill in prefer- ! enco to a Government measure.
