REFUSING TO GO TO CAMP. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.t WELLINGTON, June 10.
The case of a youth who was prosecuted under the Defence Act when Mr. W. G. Riddell, S.M., uphold the defence and dismissed tho action, again came before the lower court to-day, having been referred back by the Supremo Court, which held that the Magistrate’s decision was wrong.
Mr. Riddell to-day imposed a fine of Is. and costs 7s.
