CAPT. SCOTT AT THE CAPE.
CAPETOWN, August 3. Capt. Scott has arrived hero. He proceeds to Pretoria to enlist the Union Government’s financial assistance. The Cape Times expresses the hope that the Government will substantially contribute to the Antarctic expedition.
