INSPECTION OF BOY SCOUTS.
MESSAGE FROM KINO EDWARD [BY TELEGRAPH— PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] • LONDON, Sept. 6.— General BadenPowell inspected 11,000 bpy scouts at Crystal Palace. King Edward, in a message, assured the boys of his great interest in the movement, adding, "If I should call upon you later on in life to rise to a sense of your patriotic duty the responsibility and discipline you will have acquired in your boyhood will enable you to do your duty as men in the event of danger threatening the Empire."
