[PER PBESS ASSOCIATION. — COPtBIGHT.] LONDON, June 23.— The report of the National Bank of New Zealand at the annual meeting showed that there had on the, past year's operatic us been a profit of £104,785, A dividend of ten per cent was declared to be accompanied by a bonus of three per cent. The following other allocations were ma de : — To premises fund, £10,000 ; bonus to staff, £5,000; reserve fund, £2,500; officers' pensions fund £3,000. Tin sum of £30,035 was carried forward.
