A PROSPEROUS INSTITUTjON. [by telegraph—peb press association.] WELLINGTON, June 23.—The National Bank has received a cable from their London Board advising the declaration of a dividend of 5 per cent for half year and a bonus to shareholders of 3 per cent, equalling 13 per cent in all for the year to the 31st March last. £25,000 is added to the reserve fund which will stand at £375,000 and £13,000 is -arried forward. The directors have further allocated £10,000 in reduction of bank premises and £3000 to the officers pension fund and have granted a bonus to the staff. The annual meeting will bib held in London on the 6th of July.
