HUNGARIAN POLITICAL SITUATION

The Hungarian orisis bas endtd, and Fejtrvary and tbe coalition have agreed to a compromise. The propoial to Mag yarise the army has been dropped for the present.
M. Wekerle has formed a Cabinet and cooducts the election on tha single pt&ak of universal suffrage. A fresh election will be held after the normal conditions are restored and Boffrags reform is carried.
Count Andrassy has been appoiuted Minister of the Interior, and M. ELussu'.b Minister of Commerce.
