VOLCANIC ERUPTION

Tbe Houroto from Samoa reports that the volcanic island Tofoa, 70 miles from Nuknalofa and 35 milbs fr"m Hoapai right iv the track of the Union Compaoy steamer?, is emttting flames to a greab height, vomiting lava and stone. This volcano had been dead for a number of years. Tbe volcano at Savaii is blazing fiercer than before.
