Dunedin, June 7
The resignation of the elected members ot the Bruce Licensing Committee was f jrwarded to the Governor to day by Mr Cruickshank, S.M., and the Chairman of trie Licensing Committee ;
The solicitors acting for the Bruce hotelkeeperd filed a notice of motion in respect to the ten hotol3 in Bruce to apply for a writ of mandamus calling upon the Bruce Licensing Committee to issue licenses as from July Ist next to the said hotels.
