Cecil Jackson, late surgeon of the Tnvercargill Hospital,' appeared oti re.natid to-day, to hear the decision of the Court. He was committed to take his trial on a charge of procuring abortion. Bail \v ;i s accepted in four sureties, each £200, and self £500.
