SATURDAY, JUNE.23.
Diiunk and Disorderly. — James Russet, John Clarks, George Green, Robert Wade and Nicholas Cameron were severally fined 5s for being drunk, and 15s for- disorderly conduct, or in default, 48 hours imprisonment with hard labor,
Joseph Alexander wus fined 5s for being drunk and incapable, or In default-, $1 hours imprisonment with hard' labor. IkEAcit bfr Vagrant Ach—Cliarlßa Walker and Robert Meade were charged With being reputed thieves frequenting £ public place with intent to commit a felony. They were both remanded until 25th instant, to allow them to produce witnesses as to character.
Suspicion of Fobgkby and UttebW. —William Montressor, .arrested on-, suspicion of being guilty of ihe above offence, wttf» remanded until the 2nd of July, at the request of the police. The court was then adjourned until eleven o'clook on Monday, tho 25th instant.
