Steam nnd water-power will ho supplied for showing machinery in motion. Exhibitors must make nil necessary mechanical connections at their own expense. Packing cases must be removed at tho cost of tho exhibitors so soon as tho goods aro token charge of by the Commissioners. Exhibitors will be permitted, subjoct only totho necessary 'general regulations, to erect, according to their own taste, nil counters, stands, glass frames, brackets, awnings, hangings, or othor similar contrivances, which they may consider best calculated for tho disp'ay of their goods.
