An exhibition of tho products, manufactures, and arts of Noiv South South Australia, Queensland, Weslorn Australia, Tasmania, New Zealand, nnd Victoria, will bo held in Molbourno in 1866. Tho Exhibition will open not oavlior than tho month of August, and will remain open for not loss than two months. o Tho Commissioners will bo prepared to recoivo aitioles intended for exhibition from tho Ist t tho 21st of July inclusive In order to givo tho Commissioners tho op* portunity of making adequate arrangements, forms of application for spaco should bo sont in without delay, nnd in no caso will applications bo recoived later than tho 17th Juno, 1866. Intondiug exhibitors nvo requested to givo a full description of their goods on tho form on the other side, and particularly to describo nil points of novelty or originality in tho objects exhibited. .Exhibitors must Btato whether thoy arc tho designers, inventors, manufacturers, or producers of tho articles thoy proposo to oxhibit. Tho Commissioners reserve to themselves tho right to receive for exhibition only, and not for competition (if spaco admit), nny object not the produce of tho abovc-montioncd Colonies, which may bo considered to possess especial inorit. The Commissioners decline to receive any nrtido thoy may think unsuitablo to tho Exhibition, or objects of an inflammatory, oflbnsivo, perishable, or dangerous character. Counters nnd wall space will bo provided. All goods and articles for exhibition must be delivered nt the building at tho chargo and risk of tho exhibitor. Articles and packages will bo unloaded at tho building. Should tho exhibitors or their ngonts not be present, tho packages will bo o) oned by the ollicers of tho Exhibition, nnd tho contents distributed with oaro, but at. tho risk of tho oxhibitor. Tickets will bo issued to every oxhibitor, his agent, or servant, to enablo him to pass into the buildiug between cortain hours to arrange tho articles for oxliibition. These tickets must bo produced on ontranco, nnd given up when required. Exhibitors may employ assistants to keep in ordov tho nrtioles they oxhibit, or to explain them to visitors, after obtaining writton permission from tho Commissioners to that effect. Free admission, wiihin limits to be fixed by the Commissioners, will ho given to visitors or their agents. Effeoluul means will ho taken, through tho agency of the polico nnd otherwise, to guard against five nnd protect tho property in tho exhibition ; but., tho Commissioners will not be responsible fov losses by five, vobbevy, accident, or damage of any kind. Mechls or eortifioatps of merit will bo awarded in tho ditto ent classes. Prices may bo affixed to tho articles exhibited' Articles of great size and woight, tho placing of which will requiro considorablo labor, must bo sent on or beforo tho 14th of June ; and persons wishing to exhibit machinory or other objects that will requiro foundations, must make a declaration to that eflect in their application for spaco. « Any oxhibitor whoso goods can proporly bo placed trgether will be at libeity to arrange such goods in his own way,' provide d his arrangements aro compatiblo with tho general sohome of tho oxliibition, and tho convonimce of other exhibitors.
