Court Rules That Receiver Can Operate Union’s Bank Account

SYDNEY, Dec. 22 (Recd. 9 pm).— The Supreme Court today rejected an application by the Australian section of the Amalgamated Engineering Union to restrain the official receiver from operating on its bank accounts.

The receiver was appointed by the New South Wales Industrial Commission after the union failed to pay a line of £5OO for participating in an illegal strike.
