Bequest For Social Service

NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night (PA).—A bequest, of £3600 made by the late Clara Emily Mary Bingham, will go to the New Plymouth Council for Social Service Inc. if, before 1962, it provides a home for aged women, and if no other chari able home for aged women is previously set up. This is the effect of a reserved judgment by Mr. Justice Hay released yesterday. His ruling follows a hearing at the last session of the New Plymouth Supreme Court of an application by the Public Trustee, who is the' executor of the estate, for clarification of Mrs Bingham’s will.
