The Right Rev J. A. Thomson was installed in office as Moderator of the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand at the opening meeting of the Presbyterian General Assembly in St. David’s Church, Auckland, yesterday. He is at present minister of First Church, Invercargill, having previously been stationed at Cleveden, Bay of Islands, and St. Luke’s, Auckland.
