Nov. 1 (Reed. 10 pin).—The Peking radio, stepping up propaganda to arouse antiAmerican sentiment among the Cninese people today, reported that the rank and file of the People’s Liberation Army in North and East China had pledged themselves to attack the American “aggressors when the time comes.” It said the Chinese people cannot remain neutral when “the territory of our brethren is invaded and we cannot tolerate American aircraft violation of our sacred territory.”—Reuter.
