PARLIAMENT BLDGS., Last Night (PA).—ln the House of Representatives today, after Mr Kearins, M.P. for Waimarino, had urged that licensed hotels be established in the Waimarino electorate, which is part of the King Country no-licence area, the At-torney-General (Mr Webb) said that Mr Kearins was a member of the Government which legislated for separate European and Maori votes on the question of liquor for the King Country, if the present Government brought in legislation for a joint European and Maori poll, would Mr Kearins vote with the Government on it? Mr Kearins: Bring in the Bill and see. Mr Webb predicted that if the legislation were brought down, as
