Pope Pius Speaks To 100 000 Catholics In Wembley Stadium

LONDON, Oct. 3 In a broadcast from Rome relayed by loudspeakeis in Wembley Stadium, Pope Pius XII addressed 100,000 Roman Catholics taking part in the rally that ended the ceremonies of the Hierarchy Centenary Congress. The broadcast took place during Pontificial High Mass, for which special permission had been granted by the Holy See.
