BONN, Sept. 17.—The Allied High Commission announced today it had agreed to negotiations between West ' Germany, South Africa, Sweden and Luxembourg a’.>out German labour for I those countries. The talks between: ' We.l Germany and South Africa will deal with the recruitment of midwivet and nurses. Similar talks between West. Germany and New Zealand on the employment of domestic and industrial workers in New Zealand have led to a draft agreement which is being con--1 sidered by the two governments. (Reuter).
