BRITISH FORCES BEGIN MOVING TO FRONT
TOKIO, Sept. 3 (Recd. 10 p.m.) —British forces today began moving to the front. They are attached to a higher formation already in contact with Communists. The men are in good spirits. This is their first move since arrival in Korea five days ago.
