Wanganui Education Board Election

The bi-ennial election for the Wanganui Education Board will be held on Wednesday, July 19. 'rhe number of members to be elected is five, one •each from the Wanganui urban area, Palmerston North urban area, west ward, south ward and north ward. Nominations for candidates will close on Wednesday, June 28, and the electors will be members of school committees. Messrs W. G. Price (Wanganui urban area), W. H. Brown (Palmerston North urban area), E. R. Hodge (west ward), I. W. Mud ford (south ward), and Mrs. A. C. Gordon (north ward) are the retiring members and are eligible for re-election.
