Magistrate’s Court RAETIHI, Last Night (OC).—At the monthly sitting of the Court, C L. Bradley was charged with failing to keep as far as reasonable to the left, whilst driving a light truck on a highway. As a result of his neglect his vehicle collided with a taxi car travelling in the opposite d.rection, and both vehicles suffered considerable damage. lln pleading guilty to the charge, Bradley said that he was negotiating a sharp bend and the steep camber on the road had the effect of forcing him over to the centre on to the oncoming car. The magistrate considered there was a degree of negligence and im- ■ posed a fine of On a further charge of having no warrant of fitness for his vehicle, Bradley was fined 10s with costs.
