CHANCE FOR FRANCES IN AWARUA HANDICAP AT SOUTHLAND MEETING
The approach of the winter racing I season in the South Island is marked |by the appearance of some useful I ’chasers in the two cross-country events at the Southland Racing Club’s meeting at Invercargill and several hurdlers in the Southern Hurdles. The totalisator double will be on the Apprentices’ Hack Handicap and the eleven-furlong Bluff Hack Handicap.
