A record attendance of young people at the Presbyterian Bible Class Conference to be held in Masterton in the New Year is indicated by the registrations received. Some four hundred are expected to atend, from all parts of New Zealand, as this is the first Dominion Conference since the War. There is a comprehensive programme of study, devotion and outdoor recreation, and among the impressive list of speakers are the Youth Director, the Rev. w. M. Hendrie, recently arrived from Scotland, the Rev. A 4 A. Brasli, secretary of the N.Z. National Council of Curches, and Mr. M. Leadbetter, rector of the Southland Boys’ High School. The conference opens on December 27, and closes on January 3.
