ALBANIA LAYS CHARGES AGAINST GREECE

NEW YORK, Nov 2.—The Greek Government was accused by an Albanian representative today of following a policy of aggression towards Albania,. He was addressing the United Nations political committee, which had invited representatives of Albania and Bulgaria to attend its sessions to make statements and reply to questions on the Balkan situation. M. Mihai Prifiti, the Albanian . Deputy Foreign Minister, also claimed that Greece was in the grip of “oppression terror” caused by the intervention of the British and American ; Governments, and that Anglo-Ameri-can “imperialists” were using Greece as an “aggressive bridgehead in thenwar plans against the Soviet Union.”

Mr. Prifti asked the United Nations to condemn the Greek Government as an aggressor, to reject the Balkan Commission’s report as “groundless, ’ to disband the Balkan Commission, to condemn the “intervention of Britain and America in Greece and to demand the immediate withdrawal of Allied troops.” M. Dissim Mevorab, the Bulgarian representative, said the accusations against Bulgaria that she had given material assistance to the Greek partisans were false. “If the political independence of Greece is jeopardised, it. is not by us,” he said.
